The main regatta is a series of races over seven days, with courses laid in Falmouth Bay and the Carrick Roads by qualified Race Officers. All classes of boat - expert or beginner - are catered for.
The BAY FLEET has classes for multihulls, IRC and PY yachts, Sports boats, Marie holms and PY Cruising (No Spinnaker) class. The PY Cruising class is there for the less ultra –competitive and family crews. There will be both Regatta and Windward Leeward racing for most classes.
The CARRICK FLEET races in the Carrick Roads but weather permitting will also race in the Bay. The fleet includes Flying Fifteens, Dragons, International One Designs, Ajax’s, Cornish Shrimpers, Sunbeams, Falmouth Working Boats, Gaffers and St. Mawes One Designs.
